- Phase 0: AGENTS.md cleanup (dedup quotes, renumber sections, merge qmd)
- Phase 1: typed relations (manage-relations.py, graph-search.py, check-staleness.py, detect-conflicts.py)
- Phase 2: frontmatter validator, weekly lint, knowledge promotion, git hooks
- Fix .gitignore to track tools/ and .githooks/
- Fix git remote URL (remove plaintext token)
- New wiki pages: 504 pages, 34 raw sources

+据刘树林回忆，1944年9月5日：
+
+> 窑洞"只需稍修理，便可启用。"要是新打一口炭窑，太费时费工，于是张思德、刘树林还有白仓三人，决定修补窑洞。
+
+洞小，转不开，只能两人干活。"张思德还没有休息多会儿，就又进窑内换我。"为了照顾更年轻点的白仓，张思德和刘树林在更危险的窑内工作，白仓在靠近窑口的地方工作。
+
+结果刘树林出来不久，就听到扑通一声，窑塌了。白仓的头露在外面，双腿被压断了，而张思德被深深地埋在窑内，光荣牺牲。
